Change in cough

Last night was not a good night for Paris. It is the first time I have noticed the typical "goose honk" of the collapsing trachea. That can't be good news.

Here he is all comfy in his Christmas blanket and sound asleep at last.

  1. What a beautiful picture of Paris!

I am keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers - always

Although Paris and my boy Shatzy went blind from different causes, Shatzy too has had tracheal collapse his whole life. But it was hardly a concern up until he went blind with SARDS. Then it seemed to get worse in frequency and in recovery. When I took him into the vet he said all the fits I see him going through were just reverse sneezing (I'm not so sure about the vet's diagnosis though).

I hope you, your son and Paris have a great holiday coming up and that next year is filled with good times and laughter!
